Thousands with no signal

I live in the St Mary's area of Kloof in KZN. There are thousands of staff and students at St Mary's school and hundreds of houses that get NO signal from Vodacom. <br> <br> We have to make all of our cell phone calls from our landlines. I have pleaded with Vodacom to rectify this situation and they have said that there is a tower in Maxmead that services us. The problem is that it doesn't and I can't see the point in having a big contract with lots of minutes when I can't use the phone and every call, incoming or outgoing gets dropped, is garbled or has to take 3 or 4 calls to make sense.<br> <br> Please Vodacom, do your job and help your clients who pay you good money for a bad service! <br> <br> If you DO respond please don't call my mobile as it doesn't work and we won't be able to speak.<br>
