This vodapay is nonsense

I am so angry right now with your vodapay. Yesterday I wanted to pay clicks and it did not give me the option to pay via my wallet I then went to the option to add a card but option did not work aswell was told about a service request that was going to be logged. So I cash out money today and choose the pep option when going to pep it kept on giving error saying invalid amount/ amount must not contain coin. Again I reached out to vodapay I'm told to try a different pep so I must go to each and every pep try to redeem this voucher I was also told to cancel voucher but I'm already charged a fee that I will be charged again when cashing out this I utter bull and it is not the first time I'm charged double fee and I just let it go.

I will cash out via my bank but I want my refund because I can not be charged twice for something that is not my fault.
