For many years I have been monitoring my data usage versus the data Vodacom claims I used.

Not once did the usage "Mine vs. Vodacom" came close. By close I mean less than 1 Mb difference. 1 MB to many doesn't seem to be such a big deal. But if they have 1 million customers from whom they take 1 Mb per month it equals to 1 Tb or 1'000 Gb. That would be a clean profit R 149'000.00 should they re-sell it per Gb.

I know they are doing it, and what occurred now just proves it: They have the capacity to ***** our data. I'm not a fool, "Up yours" Vodacom. Vodacom charges R 1000.00 for 20 Gb. I wish I can go back to America where I paid $ 45.00 Approx R 600 for Uncapped mobile Data. "Up yours" Vodacom! This month you Stole 300Mb from me!!
