This is unacceptable

My father passed away last year and since then after my mother was conned by vodacom in swellendam to change the contracts to her name there have been problems with her lines. Since 16 October 2017 her lines have been cut daily due to being "over the limit" now she have to phone vodacom every day to open the lines so that she can make a phone call. Yesterday they told us it is because one of the contracts did not get debited last month so they added it this month and that is why the bill went over the limit.

Now who's problem is that not her problem. She lives on a farm and needs a phone as she is all alone there. We have records of all the people we spoke to since the 16th of October 2017 and still the problem persists. This is an ongoing battle with vodacom and it is the poorest service we have ever had. She uses my phone at this stage as she constantly have problems with her contracts.

The contracts on my father's name should just have been transfered to my mother's name but instead they made it a whole new contract. We can give further info when and if vodacom phones us to solve this problem. If the problem persists we will be forced to take legal action to take this matter further.

We will never again open a vodacom account and vodacom claims to be the best service provider in the country? Please.........

Vodacom if you can't solve this then we all know that you are not the best as claimed and dont care about loyal customers just the money. We pay good money for service and expect good service for that said money
