This is the most useless network available in South Africa. There is no option to speak to a human consultant. My uncle used his number for more than 20 years. He then left the country to visit his children overseas and got his number deleted from the network. No questions, no under standing, no chance to explain just no human decency and a robot to choose options on that drops the call as soon as you run out of options it doesn't have answers on. Just a message from a new chatbot that also doesn't give you any valid options to choose from. Well done for the terrible human decency that vodacom showed to my 82yr old uncle and not placing him in contact with friends and family. My advice to any one is to never use this service if you need any kind of professional service from a network provider.
