This is the last resort for you Vodacom before I contact lawyers. False advertising and changing my contract without my consent for a lower and worse option for same monthly cost.

I put a contract in place with Vodacom in May this year. I was sold 5 or 6 GB of data 500/600 voice minutes and a whole lot of bulldust. Firstly they didn't follow though with what we had agreed to and I had to call and ask why this was the case. They gave me only 1 GB data and 100 minutes for R1600 per month. They fixed this mistake around July. However couldn't really care that this is a waste of my time following up on their stuff ups. Then I get a call in September, another sales lady REF: KHANP 004. They have an amazing deal for me, where they will decrease my sms's and increase my data to 8MB, my minutes to 600 or 700 hundred for only R 20. They will also increase my daughter data to 3GB and 200 minutes and this bill would reduce so I will be paying slightly less than what I am now which is around R2600. NONE of this was done, in fact my data reduced to 1 GB and so did my minutes reduce. I am now not able to make any calls and this is MY WORK line. I called and spoke to Baphiwe on 26/10/22, who promised he would sort it out, he did NOTHING. I spoke to and emailed Dyllan, who did nothing. Yesterday 24/11/22 I went into the Vodacom for you store and sat with Kamo, who tried to help me by contacting first sales dept they said sorry we cant help, then customer service who then sent us to another department, where we spoke to Charl Nongwe, he said he can't help. He promised he would get his supervisor Pam to call me and guess what I am still waiting, sweet NOTHING. I have been asking for 1 month for recorded calls of these lying sales pitches and no one wants to give them to me. IF someone does not contact me today, I will be going to a lawyer.

You tell me to be aware of phishing ******** and then you send me an email from SRM, which has no indication that this is a Vodacom email so I deleted it. Get someone to call me today before I contact Shameel Joosub as he is my next point of call. You are *****ing money from me and not giving me the services you promised. I am now requesting immediate access to the recordings.
