This is one company who will never see me again,

I have been a Vodacom customer since the day in which cell phones landed in the country. This is however the day where I realized that they have also been the company which has consistently disappointed me and that the level of service provided is shocking.

Special mention to the Vodacom Tygervally store assisting us with an insurance claim. The level of service provided by this store is unacceptable. Do not even bother taking out Vodacom insurance on your devices. It is not worth the frustration, delays and bad service.

Spending more than 2 hours on a phone to cancel a contract is not justifiable. I however have to acknowledge that while I was trying to cancel that contract, the agent was busy with a had sell to resign me on another contract.
