This is not what I asked for

Had a contract over the phone with consultant (Vusi) from Vodacom Direct when he called me again to discuss delivery date etc he kept on talking about "the package" so much that I felt that something was wrong it was as though he was avoiding saying the name of the device I had ordered or maybe that's the language used I don't know, knowing that our calls are recorded I asked what is this "package" he keeps referring to and he said "the item that you ordered" and asked him what was that and only then he named the device. I knew something was off and that the "package" was not what I ordered. I'm angry at myself for not canceling at that point because guess what? I just received "the package" and it's not what I ordered. I'm furious because I believe that this was intentional. I phoned them and they said they would collect in about 3 days. I hope I won't be charged for this inconvenience

Hi Thank you for your response. Consultant contacted me, the package is returned but after your consultant assured me that I will not be charged since the package is returned lol the first debit order just went off now. I am being charged for nothing. Can this get any worse?

Dear Vodacom

I just received letter of demand for R1924.94 regarding this phone that you took back and said you would not be charging me because you had delivered the wrong phone. What is happening? Now why am I receiving demand letters because I've never even touched this phone? Also the debit order payment of R175 that went off on my account has not yet been paid back
