this is now 2 months that ive been waiting for them to refund me now when I phone them they say there is nothing on the system ive got a ticket number and everything how is n possible that i have n ticket to follow up on my refund and they have nothing on there system i hope that vodacom will read this and understand that this is ******* what they are doing
