This is bull $#!+

A few months ago I went to Vodacom Blairgowrie and took out a contract (Red package) I told the agent this is too much data and min. and her EXACT words to me was "if the package is too much we can downgrade you later on for a few R100.

That's what she said to me.

Yes I went back to the store and worked with another consultant he then down graded me to the next lower package and it's still to much.

After phoning Vodacom customer care that gave me better info. I have to go on to a smart M or some M package! This is the right package for me. BUT it's not a few R100 AS SHE DID TELL ME!??

It's the principal that counts here, I don't care how much com. she makes if not a lot then she has a sales target and she used me to push up her sales. I will not pay this R3000+ To go on to a package I was supposed to be in from the start. She was misguiding me. The store or the agent (Danielle) has to carry this cost. I REFUSE TO PAY THAT.
