This is against the consumers act!!!
<p>I app**** for a new contract with Vodacom on the 15/09/2016. The application was done online.</p> <p>After that a sales consultant phoned me back and we went through the whole process.</p> <p>The informed me that my monthly instalment will be R589.00. When I receiver my bill the amount is now suddenly more than R640.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>I chose to be on the u choose flexi 200 and they advertised that this airtime deal will cost me R149pm but now suddenly it is R200pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took screenshots during the whole application process as to have evidence of the transaction.</p> <p>I informed Vodacom of my disagreement with their invoice and the looked into the matter.</p> <p>No one came back to me with feedback.</p> <p>When I phoned the call centre on 26/10/2016 they informed me that their invoice is correct and will not be adjusted.</p> <p>On top of all this there was no mention of a connection fee in the original agreement when the sales agent spoke to me. Now suddenly I got billed for a connection fee.</p> <p> </p>
