This borders on *****
All sorts of incorrect entries on my statement. Have spoken to many call center agents who cannot sort it out. Being overcharged by thousands for transactions i did not authorise. Incorrect cell numbers reflecting on the statement. This has been going on for weeks.

15 Oct 2019, 10:42Still no contact as indicated above. I would like to be contacted by the ***** department who are investigating this issue. i am cancelling the debit order for payment at month end as the incorrect amount reflects on my statement. If my service is then interrupted i will take legal action as Vodacom have been aware of the situation for weeks now. To add to that there are 3 different cell numbers on my statement which are not mine. Also many transaction i did not authorise.
