THIRD time complaining and NOTHING WHATSOEVER has happened.

On the 21st of Feb I wrote the complaint below, which was followed up by the standard “we will respond to you” 4 days go past and I hear nothing, so I asked again, it is now a week and I am yet to receive a word from anyone within Vodacom. Could some PLEASE SORT THIS ISSUE OUT!!!

On Jan 9 2018, there was a line taken out in my name by someone posing as me. I reported this immediately to the ***** department, (signed affidavit and sample of three signatures) ref:EC-1J3P-2ONL96, I was told that it takes 7-14 working days to sort out. Over two months later, I have had one email from Irene Mmbengwa on the 17th of January saying an investigator will contact me on the outcome of the case. I am yet to receive any further communication.

I had the phone number blocked that was taken out **********ly. I have also had to stop my monthly debit order at the bank. As a result of this I have to pay for my account as an EFT, ensuring I not pay the amount for the line taken out **********ly. I keep receiving texts saying I owe Vodacom for a line I never took out.

I have tried the ***** line ********** 530 and no one ever answers, I have tried emailing and no one ever returns with an answer.

I am shocked at the level of service I have received from Vodacom, no seems to care about fixing the problem. I have been trying to sort this out for over two months now and I honestly am all out of patience.

Could someone please cancel the line taken out **********ly, stop billing me for someone else’s *****, and I can go back to a normal debit order each month.

My contract is over due for renewal, but I am seriously considering if it’s worth staying with Vodacom if this is the level of service one gets.
