Third Hellopeter complaint - no feedback!!

So I've literally been waiting with bated breath for somebody to get back to me from Vodacom. <br> Because they've so immensely *****ed up that it seems that besides having a robot voice harass me, I haven't had feedback from a single live human being with regards to my complaint. I'm not unreasonable, I've been waiting for a while. I'm currently without my data on my laptop because somebody decided to cancel my contract without receiving a cancellation instruction. And now I'm being nagged for payment by previously mentioned robot voice. Why is Vodacom becoming the same as Telkom? You do realise that unlike Telkom, you have competitors, right? <br> When is a human being going to phone me to discuss the reactivation of my account? And please, for heaven's sake, get your damn robot voice to stop harassing me. I'm developing PTSD and can no longer deal with this. I am never chased for money, all my things are always paid up to date. and now this piece of **** company who employs the most *********** people in the world is demanding money from me for something that I am not even able to use. Worst Company Ever!!!!
