Think twice before signing a Vodacom debit order

I have been with Vodacom for almost 20 years. During this time I have experienced that if you have trouble, its gonna be TROUBLE My "contract" fee is R297 per month. Vodacom deducted R 617 for May and R 472 today. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: No facility available at Vodacom's call center to speak to an person, No email option available. For attention Vodacom: I NEED MY MONEY TO BE PAID BACK, WITH INTEREST, IN MY BANK ACCOUT WITHIN 24 HOURS BECAUSE YOU BROKE THE CONTRACT, I HAVE STOPPED THE ORDER IN FAVIOUR OF YOU TO DEDUCT ANY PAYMENTS IN THE FUTURE. I WILL PAY MANUALY. STOP CALLING AS WELL AS SMS’S AND “OFFER” BETTER OPTIONS - DO IT VIA MAIL.
