Think twice about vodacom

10 Days ago vodacom sales sold me 24 month contact, on a 10mbps speed, you can add 32 devices no problem with normal standard house your speed will definitely perform no worries (Sales empty promises) . after opening 4 fault tickets with Vodacom we now understand that each device takes away from your speed, my one and only device received only 2 mbps so where did the other 8 go? O yes your router need to be in 5 meter range the technician told me (Sales promised 10 meter +) So don't install vodacom on your cell because if you move 5 meter away you can't even open facebook.... ps telkom dsl line that runs on 4mbps over 10 meter no problem. On my cell i can even drive to the end of my street still have signal low but facebook can still open...Made a mistake to move away from Telkom to Vodacom. So how do i cancel this 24 months service with out penalties as i refuse to pay for empty promises....
