******* with complete disregard of the law

After confirming cancellation on 18 September for contract ending October this **** continued to bill me for November. Then after calling them twice to escalate the issue the tickets are not completed. Now they expect me to give them another 30 days notice? I think not. What Vodacom is doing is ******** and completely undermining the CPA, and without my consent debited my account. If someone doen not rectify this stuff-up and have someone fired, this is going to court.
