WORCE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!
I am so so so tired of the money and time VODACOM and they're badly trained staff have ****** from me over the past 20yrs.
I can actually write a book about EVERYTHING that's happened. I cant wait for this contract to be finished. Yet AGAIN without taking ANY responsibility they allow staff to waste my money. Resetting my phone leaving all my apps messed up. Then when you phone the shop 5 times and no one picks up the phone to assist you. Again NO SERVICE available.
This isn't the tip of the iceberg!
I am tired tired of this company that just TAKES TAKES TAKES and there's always an excuse or just a grin or lifting of the shoulders.
VODACOM your staff is inconsistent, badly trained, reckless and inconsistent.
