******* and Bullies

<p>I ported my 2 numbers from Vodacom to Cell C on the 5th of September 2016. After successfull porting I requested the cancellation quotes on the 8th of September and paid the cancellation fees, unbilled service fees and outstanding contract fees. They informed me that 1 more debit order will go off and that it will be from the standard monthly fees of the contracts (R770) as all outstanding fees have been paid and that no more charges was possible as the numbers have already been ported. On the 1st of October they debited my acount for R2500 instead of the R770. After numerous attempts from my side to resolve the issue unsuccessfully, I reversed the debit order. I have asked for itemised bills and explanations as to the amount but everytime they run out of excuses they "drop" the call. I was told that it was for services in the month of September...??? Impossible if the number was already ported??!!! Without a single attempt from vodacom to contact me after I reversed the debit order, they blacklisted me and handed me over to collection lawyers. They are ******* and bullies!!! The ordinary guy has no chance to state his case or talk sense to their uneducated call center staff!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER SUPPORT THEM!!! you have been warned. Excellent service from Cell C and I will never go back!</p>
