You have ******* working for you! I called a month ago to deactivate a VAS that I accidentally selected thinking it was once off but was monthly. I was given a reference number and everything but NOTHING was done. Now when I follow up I find out the reference number I was given was phony. I also see that other VAS services have been initiated without my authorisation. The operator cannot confirm by whom and when this was done iether. What kind of a gangster operation do run there????
