VODACOM ARE THEIVES. DONT EVER USE THEM AS YOUR ISP.
I have taken out a red select + contract on the 23/04/2018. I was assisted at the alisom store on the Dimension Data campus. I told the lady that assisted to put a R50 limit and signed the form as i did not want any out of bundle rates. Vodacom has now charged me R12,000 for out of bundle data. I was told that the store cannot help me as they lost the documents for the limit. According to ICASA you are not allowed to charge out of bundle rates to customers unless they opt in. I am very disappointed in this. Vodacom are the biggest *******. Dont ever use them as an ISP as they charge you excessive amounts without your consent. I will be taking this matter to court should i not get a credit note for the out of bundle. I will also inform ICASA and will let the world know on how vodacom makes money by charging customers extra
