I had a contract with Vodacom for 22 years. I upgraded this year and was promised to have an instalment of R 832 per month. Every month I was charged R 1400+ and was told it WIFI goodie which was R259 which I have not had service for 6 months. This contract ended in August and I have cancelled it twice in-store and it was still being charged. The rest could not be explained. This means that I was overcharged by R650 per month for 6 months. None even had the courage to say sorry, we will sort this out. I have now cancelled my contract and moved over to another network . Vodacom's staff is rude and have no idea of customer service. They are fat cats that does not mind loosing business. I will NEVER make use of them again and I am also moving the business accounts to another network.
