*******

*********! My partner took out a R799 pm contract for me October 2016. From the 4th month he is charged atleast R3500!! He has made countless enquiries, requested itemized billing, followed the enquiry procedures all in vain. To top it off the number is soft locked from about the 24th of every month and they say its because of high usage. This is despite him requesting that they dont soft lock as the phone is for business purposes. Numerous agents have called to offer him other products and each one gets a piece of his mind, they all promise to escalate the matter. I guess it's to heaven...which is light years away as there has been no calls or feedback from the heavens.

Vodacom what is so difficult in providing itemized billing??? We will see how you rob us maybe?

Well Vodacom, at your request I am giving feed back on your response BUT we chose to wait a month or so to see if things go back or as promised. As promised we received the credit, the line was open to make calls but no data so no internet etc. 1st of April everything was working again, we thought yay!! That didn't last long. On the 23rd the line was soft locked, can't make calls, no internet, nothing but smses. On the 3rd of May about R4500 was debited. Why am I not suprised? We're not even angry anymore. We have signed up for a 5Gig Wifi contract...which will hopefully numb the pain in our pockets. Never Again. No matter how quickly and professionally you react tothe negative publicity (the agent was very professional) Thanks but no thanks. We cant wait for the contract to expire.
