i bought a video ticket of 1GB today, just to find out it doesn't work. I contacted the vodacom customer care and the agent that helped me told me that they couldn't refund me.... The video ticket on their vodacom app says you can use it for DSTV now, when i tried to login to my account i couldn't. The agent said it only works if you have SHOWMAX, YET THAT ALSO DIDN'T WORK!!!! My question to them is why do they advertise it and when people buy the ticket then you find out it doesn't work.... Vodacom is a bunch of *****s.
