Effective 1 April 2019, there were some changes to our contract pricing. This change was communicated with all customers and notification was included in the monthly billing as well as the press release dated 27 February 2019.

We should have the right to cancel the contract if it increases, since the contract we signed becomes null and void. You people are not the only ones suffering with the inflation increases.
We already paid more for tax increase, now you feel it's your right to just increase our contracts without giving us an option to accept or cancel.
