i dont take kindly to being ****** by a 14 billion rand company, vodacom is just a gangsta in your hood taking your livelihood away.

vodacom constantia village store, i would like to thank Fahim and Manaal for *****ing from me so much that i can hardly afford food on my table for my family. also i would like to thank Dennis the Manager and Leanne the assistant manager for not sorting out my issue from day one and showing absolutly no care in the world for my compliant. I would also like to Wesley and Nazeer for all the lies you told me in covering up for you collegues.

i went to vodcom at constantia village in may wanting to upgrade my contract, i didnt go there to be treated like nothing but faeces on there shoe. i wanted a contract under R400. i got recommended the p8 2017 lite which will give me 150 mins, 2 gig data and 25 sms. since june my contract which i signed for has not been correct,i have called all your useless numbers that dont resolve the issue,i have gone into the store numerous times and have phoned to your head office trying to get my issue resolved.

it is now november, 6 months later and a quarter way through my contract. if i cancel i pay 50% cancelation fee for there *****ing incompetence. 150 mins only got 50mins was meant to get 100mins at a 50% discount. i was told a 150mins, nothing was mentioned about a 50% discount. so what happened is vodacom charged me for the 100mins i didnt get at a 50% discount, wow thanks vodacom R14 billion company. after trying to get it sorted over this past 6 months. i now have no sms's 50mins and 2 gig data and my contract which is a contract signed at R383 or there abouts is now an account of R1152.15
