I just received an email that Vodacom tried to deduct almost R15000.00 from my bank account. I did not authorise any deduction NOR instruct anyone to do so!! Who gave them permission to deduct such an amount from my bank account!!! Ohh it's almost Christmas so Vodacom *****s from their customers to get a little bonus...this is PATHETIC!!! AND of course Vodacom will not respond to this complaint as they NEVER DO!! Just aslong as they take funds just as they please they don't care about any customer...they are unreasonable when it comes to any arrangements. Krooks..I can't wait for my contract to end so I can be done with them!!!
