They won't take me off the bureau but it was not my fault but their agent
Vodacom is playing around with people's finances. In November I was called by on of their agents offering me a contract saying I qualify for COVID relief on my current contract and will be taken from R839.00 to R620.00 and that was exciting for me. Came the first debit order date they deducted R1200 on my account and I reversed the funds I called and asked them about matter and no one assisted me, January they further R2500 and I reversed the funds and called again still no assistance February nothing went off my account and they kept calling to say my account is in arrears but everytime I explained what happened they would drop the phone until I called myself when I saw they had put me on the bureau and they resolved the matter everything was credited back and I paid my initial amount that was due on the 28th of April on the third I then called back only to find out that no update was made and it was made that time it has now been 21 days and they have been saying it is their turn around time I've been calling numerous times to get this sorted but no one seems to be of assistance I have been on the phone with the bureau countless times calling to follow up on this matter but nothing what is making me more frustrated is that this was never my fault and was their agent that ********ly migrated me to that contract it is disgusting on how their collections department employees work a lady by the name of Maria Sangweni was so rude towards me shouting and raising her voice when I requested a supervisor she requested a call back and she deliberately put a wrong number on the system making sure that I could not speak to one the way I have been treated by vodacom as a young black South African surely would have been different if it were someone else. I really disappointed with them because I can't do anything with my finances.
