They will not hold their word - DON'T TRUST
<p>I took out a month to month contract in December 2015 where I didn't want to commit to a 24 month contract and because of this only recieved a sim card (no device) - the lady at the Vodashop told me that I can upgrade this deal at any time at no cost. Needless to say that now that I want to upgrade/cancel this contract I can't do anything - stuck in a 24 month contract!!! I can "BUY" myself out of something I didn't agree to!!</p>
