They tell me I'm a winner then the next day they tell me another story

I entered the Vodacom #GamingWednesday competition on the 6th of September on Facebook to win a R2000 takealot.com voucher, I submitted a screenshot of my high score then yesterday the 11th October Vodacom comments on my screenshot to notify me that I am a winner and asks me to send my email address so they can email the voucher code, I then comment with my email address but get no email, then today I post my email on the Vodacom page the another admin tells me the Vodacom meg my day promotion ended on the 8th of October I have screenshots to prove that they told me yesterday that I won the voucher now another person is telling me another story, please resolve this matter I want my R2000 voucher that I was told I won yesterday
