They take my money but refuse to fix my phone

i took out insurance with Vodacom 4u at Eastgate mall. Every month money is taken from my account but when i take my phone in for repairs they decline the f****n claim.<br> you cannot tell me that you have the incorrect imei on my policy because everything is written out on your insurance registration forms. i need my phone back fixed and i will do no running around for your mishaps.
