THEY STRIKE AGAIN
1st everybody sending me to pillar to post,after my upgrade<br> I recieved my phone without a sim card,called the call centre advise me to go to a store for a sim swap.I asked it more the 3 times how much i will pay as i need a micro sim i was told R5.00 sumthing.Happy with that,Saturday morning went to the Gandhi store and this guy tells me R80.00 to do a sum swap to a micro sim LIKE REALLY.I leave the store and go to Carlton they tell me it R63.00 i accept as i need a sim ASAP.They cashier sends me to a consultant she assists me and just tell me she is done it will work after 3 hours YOH shocking service from Vodacom i must pay for a sim swap like really.I REGRET DOING A UPGRADE EVEN IF IT IS A LOW PACKAGE REALLY IAM NOT HAPPY WITH ALL THIS.
