They stole my phone number

I am a red vip customer for so many years and I have never experienced such ******* from vodacom.

I recently have had my contract line just taken away from me and was given a prepaid number on a simcard I have had for who knows how long.

This has happened twice now and with sad and disbelief my business line not just any line.

I have lost business calls I have lost time i couldn't contact anyone on this very note today I met up in an accident and guess what even trying to make a sim swap through vodacom flamwood walk they couldn't even get my business line up and running.

What ******* and disgrace our so called leading network.

I will never renew any contracts with vodacom ever again...
