They service is pathetic

I'm frustrated, angry and disappointed. I've been struggling for over a month now with vodacom regarding my fibre line and add ons. My fibre still doesn't work and my other order is still on an open status. I've received two routers and still don't have fibre. My orders are so confusing to me and them. The sales person handling my order don't come back to me, I've been calling everyday and yet get sent to pillar and post. The sales man whose in charge of my order is named Syia with SO*** whose always busy and don't come back to me at all. I've cancelled the fibre but the orders and sale is still open. No one cares, no one worries. I'm sitting with routers that don't work and an incomplete order. They service is pathetic.
