They sell faulty sim cards that can't connect to their network
From having difficulty ending contracts to unsuccessful SIM SWAPS, Vodacom stays giving the worst customer service. I've been out of service for 4 days now waiting for someone to call or fix my faulty sim card 🙃 Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!
