They say 2 weeks, and don't care when it takes longer.
I handed my phone in for repairs at a Vodacom Repair store in Cresta on 3 August 2019. I was informed that the repair would take a maximum of 2 weeks, and that I would get updates as it progresses. On the 15 August 2019 (12 days later), I received an sms stating the repair job had been received and the turn around time for warranty repairs was 2 - 3 days. It is now the 28 August, and I still not have received the phone.
The store can't help me, and neither can Vodacom call centre. Please could someone please provide me with an update. The job number is ***0.

04 Sept 2019, 09:36I am not overly surprised that I have not had a response from Vodacom. After this review, I followed up with the store (who were unable to provide me with an update). I received an sms on 30 August 2019 stating that it is currently in the repair process and awaiting spare parts. If I have queries, I should contact ***. I called, but they weren't able to assist.
Am I disappointed? No, not really. Vodacom are only doing what they do best... Nothing!
