They never delivered on their promise

Took a contract from Vodacom although I did not use their network, nevertheless they delivered my phone in quite a short period of time which was great, however after opening the box I realised the accessories where not all there after consulting with their agents from likeminds, over a few weeks later nothing happened, so it's been 6 months and nothing has happened, also they have a 30 day policy in which one has to insure one's phone only to find out 3 months later after reading their terms and conditions booklet which however does not tell u this... only after calling their insurance line I was told that I had 30 days to do so, so quite frankly I think this whole contract is to their benefit an not the customers idea of what could go wrong but Vodacom knowing that a phone could break at anytime, mind u till this day I have not received my accessory Which is valued at R3000 but let my account go into arreas and I should b expecting a phone call but if the phone should break I guess it's none of their business hey ...then one wonders why people usually don't complete their contact.
