THEY JUST DONT CARE
I have tried to cancel this account since the 10th of Dec 2014.
I moved to a part of JHB that Vodacom has not network on the 10th of December. I called in and explained my situation a received my reference no. for this and was informed someone would call me.
22/12/14.. I received a call on the to verify my cancelation and I gave my details
23/12/14 receive another call to verify cancelation again and said they will confirm
5/1/2015..after no response I called in and spoke to Amanda and she said acc has not been cancelled and she transferred me to Nonhlanhla (now called retentions department). She said they could not contact me. Ironically they were calling on on the no. that does not work. She said Sunnie Denie would contact me.
14/1/15.. again no one contacted me so I called in again. After being disconnected 3x and being transferred to the wrong department, I got to speak to Brian Bhebhe. He again said the network department will contact me.
To cut a long story short, after contacting Vodacom 3 more times, I have found out that my cancelation has been approved due to no coverage, but no one has contacted me and I keep getting billed for the acc.
What do i do now?
