My husband took out a contract phone for me, his wife, and paid it off, He then just continued with data on the sim card, he passed on, i called vodacom to ask them to cancel the contract as he has passed on, they just cancelled the contract and said they will claim from his estate, fair enough but they also cancelled the number completely. I am just wondering how am I supposed to complete estate matters and all other matter relating to my husbands death if vodacom is cancelling the number.

Can you please send me the Sales call when mu husband took out the contract, you advised him that he will loose the number once he passes on.
