They have ****** me!

They ****** me and now they are ignoring me! I purchased a 1 device Norton Mobile Security subscription through Vodacom 2 weeks ago!!! They had a special where you could buy a year's subscription at R180. I did this through their *135*177# service. I still don't have a product key! All they keep sending me is a damn link to download the app (which I already have installed). I have spoken to exactly one person over the phone who (after a week) still hasn't phoned me back. I got multiple SMS's though saying that the reference for the chat is A2-T2UH-BG0RW. I get nowhere phoning 135, using the online chat service or even emailing them. I am being ignored! I have even tried 2 physical stores that just lift up their shoulders and say that they can't help me. I have literally been ******. Could someone from Hellopeter please help me? I don't know what to do anymore. At this point, I just want my money back...

You still haven't helped me! I just got the SMS saying that my service ticket has been closed and that I should take my problem to Norton. This is absolutely ridiculous! All I want is the freaking product key. Why is that so hard for you to do?? I already spoke to Norton and they said that as you (Vodacom) sold me the subscription then you are acting as a retailer. Meaning that it is your responsibility to give me what I have paid for! How can you keep on sending me SMS's with website links to either download the app (which I have) or to go to Norton?? Take responsibility and sort this out now! I have been waiting for 2 weeks which is absolutely pathetic of you.
