They don’t want to give me a new phone they want to give me a secondhand phone but I have been paying insurance. The market value of the phone goes down but the monthly instalment goes up that I pay. Covered for the market value they say but even the normal iPhone 1264GB is giving a betterment on top of the excess. When I took the insurance I was told that I was covered till 15000 or the next replacement if the model is no longer available. They want me to take a secondhand phone when I insured a new one
