They don't make them like that anymore

I have been calling the Vodacom call center for two months about a refund on a device on a 24 month contract I took in 2020 January. The consultants I had been dealing with were aggressive. They had no interest in understanding my complaint, they were just listening to respond. I called again and I got patched through to Bradley Jacobs, he was so calm, patient and understanding. I made me feel hear after a two month struggle. Thank you so much Bradley for giving such great customer service.
