THEY DONT CARE

<p>Hi peter i have been with vodacom for 18 years on a contract base and never had complaints until a few months ago when i recieved a bill for my cell of over R 71 000.00 for 2 months and they told me it was for data that i used , and what is even more of a shock they couldnt give me detail on my statemant even after i have asked for it but what i did got was attitude from vodacom , i refeused to pay the bill and they stoped my contract and still no feedback from vodacom but they try to debt my bank account every month but they cant give me a detailed bill and thanks to vodacom i got a bad credt review and the banks doesnt want to assist me. I dont know what to do in this matter and vodacom dont care after 18 years with one cell phone company this is what i got . THANKS VODACOM.</p>
