They don't give a care

<p>So i phone the online division to upgrade my phone, they tried to deliver on the 6th September which they couldn't get hold of me on my tablet, (not sure why they didn't try me on the alternative contact i gave them) so i called back to say they must deliver next day which is the 7th, only to find out that the phone went back to vodacom warehouse. I now called the upgrade department to get them to despach the phone again. spoke to nicoleen who told me soon as the phone is received back in stock she'll call me then we'll arrenge to get it back to me. on the 13th Tuesday i called them because she didn't get back to me, ask about the phone, i was told is back in stock and there is even a return number for that, i was told it will be processed to get back to me. i even wrote to their customer care and complained about this and i was told there's nothing they can do, upgrade dep is the one to sort it out, ( why are they customer care if they so useless i don't knw) today i still don't have the phone, nobody cared to call, its just business as usual to them. i'm so cancelling this contract, i'll upgrade with other service providers who care!!!</p>
