They deleted my 20 year old cell number today!!! :(
I couldn't believe what I heard today - I slipped up on 2 installments at Vodacom and they went ahead and deleted by 20 year old cell phone number from their database. The sad part is that I build up a 20 year old business linked to this phone number and received my income directly to this number. They did it without a warning or anything. Sad part for Vodacom is that they cut my revenue stream, thus I wont be able to pay them their outstanding balance. You go Vodacom!! Very clever business.

26 Mar 2021, 13:12I have phoned your number various times and still no help and a solution. I am without an income now for 3 months and it is your doing. I have take the matter further with the Ombudsman.
