They bull**** us, to ***** our money

So I get a call from vodacom consultant named Siya offering a great deal to change my contract to a better offer since I'm spending a lot on data and so forth, beginning April I noted changed were made however now with a higher installment compared to what I have been paying and what I was told by the so called consultant and only to discover that when I called vodacom I'm told it's an outsourced company, now how was I to know I'm being cheated & **** to as I was told instead of me paying R299, will now be paying +-R270 but now the bill is R406, who in their normal state of mind will change to a higher paying contract in times like these?? Vodacom consultant on 135 tried helping but it was in vain as she needed to get hold of their outsourced service provider for further assistance until now I haven't heard anything from my vodacom even thou I had made it clear I don't want the new deal would not have agreed if it was disclosed to me that I will be paying more that what I am currently paying. I'm taking this to ombuds if no feedback is received and this matter isn't sorted soonest.
