THEY ARE WORSE THAN TELKOM

Today after another month of waiting for a lousy R162.00 payment made on 19 December 2019 to be tracked on their bank statements I was advised that they can not find the money. That is after I have sent them the proof of payment from my bank account. Because they are not able to find the entry on their bank statement I have to request my bankers to refund me the money two and a half months later and repay Vodacom. Are you kidding me?
