They are still reaping me off.

October last year I complained that Vodacom is reaping me off asking me for money that I don't owe. They only called me yesterday regarding my complaint after continuous calling and emailing me all the time. Yesterday I spent my whole morning speaking to a Representative from Hammond a Paul telling him that I demanded the settlement letter because I was paying more than we initially agreed upon. That he must send me that and specify as when my last payment will be. I then realised they still debited money whilst we had agreed that I am done paying Vodacom. Prior dropping the phone on me while I was talking this gentlemen told me there was a clear indication that there was a miscommunication between me and the person that handled my account. They have been offering me discounts to settle money I don't owe calling me almost everyday telling and ask-ling me to pay them. this has been going on for far long enough I cannot believe a company as reputable as Vodacom would do this to its clients. <br> <br> even now they might respond to this unimportant complaint months later . All I want is this harrasment to stop. I want nothing to do with Vodacom ever.
