<p>Spoke to a lady named Thabitha Chiloane from vodacom and she gave the best service after I have spoken to 5 different agents with the same query and all of the failing to help, but when I spoke with Thabitha Chiloane she took time to help me and did a thorough step by step analysis on the query and helped me with a proper solution, I rate her serviced 10/10 she's patient and calm, good listener, brilliant communicator. Thanks to her I can now save my data. </p>
