There are no black sales consultants in the store

I am a client of Vodacom living in Sasolburg. <br> <br> The Vodacom store in Sasolburg currently has only one black employee, who happens to be a technician. This means, there are no black sales consultants in the store, while there are 7 white sales consultants. <br> <br> There is a huge language barrier for black clients of Vodacom in Sasolburg as some cannot speak English nor Afrikaans, or can speak them but would prefer to be assisted by a black person who speaks their language. <br> <br> This raises concernn as to why the store does not hire black sales consultants, and shadows their lack racial diversity with only having one black person in an organization of 8 people.<br> <br> Please assist with regards to this.<br> <br> Concerned Vodacom client
